Increasing the storage capacity of petroleum products at the Shahid Rajaee oil depot in Bandar Abbas
The storage capacity of petroleum products at the Shahid Rajaee oil depot has been increased. This achievement was made possible through the tireless and dedicated efforts of the hardworking staff in the Hormozgan region, despite the challenging weather conditions of Bandar Abbas, following numerous repair and maintenance projects on the tanks.
According to the Public Relations Department of the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company in Hormozgan, the regional manager, emphasizing the importance of maintaining and preserving the assets and storage infrastructure for petroleum products produced by the Bandar Abbas oil refineries and the gas condensates of the Persian Gulf Star, stated: Since July of last year, the dredging and repair of the tanks at the Shahid Rajaee oil depot in Bandar Abbas have been initiated by a specialized and dedicated team from the Engineering Services and Oil Depot Operations.
Ahmad Salari-Far continued: "Currently, with the repair and dredging of inactive tanks, the storage capacity for gasoline, oil, gas, and jet fuel at the Shahid Rajaee oil depot in Bandar Abbas has increased."

The manager of the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company in Hormozgan added: "With the completion of the repairs, the reliability of petroleum product transfers at this depot will be significantly increased."
